A custom exhibition stand is designed around your space, your brand and what you want visitors to do when they arrive. Instead of a standard frame, you get a stand planned to your exact footprint, with printed walls, graphics and display areas that fit the way you work at a show.
A pop-up stand is different: a portable frame with printed graphics that one person can carry and set up in minutes. Many of our customers use both, a custom stand for the big shows and pop-ups or roller banners for smaller events.

Custom exhibition stands
Designed around your stand
Every custom stand starts with your space and your brief. We look at your stand size, the show, your brand and what you want the stand to do, whether that’s starting conversations, showing products or booking meetings. Then we put together a design for you to approve before anything is built.
Designed, managed and fitted by our team
Once you’ve signed off the design, we manage the whole job. Your walls and graphics are printed at our Leeds workshop, and our installers fit the stand at the venue, working around the show’s build-up times. One team looks after it from first sketch to finished stand, so you’re never chasing anyone.
Made to look sharp up close
Visitors stand right next to your graphics, so print quality matters. We print in strong colours with crisp text, and we’ll make sure your logo, photos and wording are set out to read clearly from the aisle.
Pop-up exhibition stands
Pop-up stands are light, portable and easy to put up. The frame opens out and the printed graphic panels hold in place with magnetic bars, so one person can set it up in minutes and pack it away in its case at the end of the day.
Straight pop-ups suit smaller spaces and table-top shows, and curved pop-ups make a strong backdrop for larger stands. Looked after properly, they last for years, and because we keep your artwork on file, it’s easy to order a matching stand or refresh your graphics later.
Roller banners and event displays
Roller banners are the quickest way to brand a stand, a reception or an event. We print them at our Leeds workshop, and they’re usually ready in 2 to 3 working days from proof approval. See roller banners Leeds.

Event signs and wayfinding
A good stand needs people to find it. For conferences, fairs and open days we make event signs that point the way and set the scene: directional and wayfinding signs, foamex welcome boards and easels, weatherproof Dibond signs for outdoor areas, and PVC banners for fences, stages and entrances.
How ordering works
1. Tell us about your show
Let us know the show, the date, your stand size and whether you’re thinking of a custom stand, a pop-up or banners. Photos of past stands, your logo and any brand guidelines help too. If you’ve ordered from us before, we keep your artwork on file.
2. Design and proof
No artwork? Our sign design team can put your graphics together from your logo and wording. For custom stands, we’ll send a design for you to approve before anything is built or printed.
3. Printed and built
Roller banners and printed boards are usually ready in 2 to 3 working days from proof approval. For custom and pop-up stands, give us your show date when you enquire and we’ll plan the job back from it. The earlier you get in touch, the more options you’ll have.
4. Collect or have it fitted
Pop in and collect banners and pop-ups from Cardigan Mills in LS4, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, or let our installers fit your stand at the venue. They hold CSCS, IPAF and PASMA cards and bring their own access equipment. We cover the whole of Leeds, and we also cover Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate and Halifax. See sign installation in Leeds.
Looking after your stand
Store pop-up and roller banner graphics rolled, never folded, and keep them in their cases between shows to protect the print. Wipe panels with a soft, damp cloth and avoid solvents. Before each show, check the frame, magnets and fixings so set-up goes smoothly. If a panel gets damaged or your branding changes, we keep your artwork on file, so new graphics are quick to reprint.
